Plastic Ball Cord Condenser for Cellular, Honeycomb and Pleated Shades

This plastic ball cord condenser combines multiple lifting cords into one pull cord. The condenser has two separate pieces that screw together, keeping the knots contained inside.
Comes with one plastic washer on the inside to help keep the knot in the lift cords securely in place.
Can hold up to twelve 0.9mm cords, up to nine 1.2mm cords, up to seven 1.4mm cords, up to three 1.6mm cords, and up to three 1.8mm cords. Not recommended for string larger than 1.8mm.
The bottom can accommodate up to a 3.2mm pull cord.
It can be used on cellular honeycomb shades, pleated shades, roman shades, woven wood shades, mini blinds, Venetian blinds, and wood blinds.

A note on safety: Condensers should be installed within three inches of the cord lock when the blind is in the fully lowered position. Use cord cleats to wrap up exposed lifting cords, keeping them away from kids.

- Limiting access to the cord or bead chain loops is a simple way to make these window coverings safer for kids.
- Cords should be made as short as possible.
- Keep all cords separate, putting only one cord in each tassel.
- If your window covering uses cord condensers, install them within 3” of the cord lock.
- Install cord cleats at least 5 feet above the ground, and wrap your cords around them every time you raise and lower your window covering.
- Install safety washers to prevent hazardous loops from forming on blinds with accessible inner cords.
- Replace cord tilt mechanisms with wand tilt mechanisms.
- It is safest to replace corded window coverings with cordless ones with inaccessible cords (look for the “Best for Kids” certification label) or remove them altogether.
- Move all cribs, beds, furniture, and toys away from corded window coverings, especially in bedrooms and sleeping areas.
