Levolor Riviera Bottom Rail End Cap for 1" Mini Blinds - OId Style
Product ID: 5039-A
This oval end cap has been discontinued and is no longer manufactured. It was used on Levolor Riviera 1/2" and 1" aluminum mini blinds and fit around the outside of the bottom rail. There were several styles of this cap as seen in our picture.
Levolor has an updated style of end cap that will fit inside the bottom rail of the mini blinds.
To fit the updated style of end caps into the bottom rail of your blinds, you may need to use a mallet to get the end caps inside the rail. This is normal. The end caps fit tightly into the bottom rail. Some of the plastic on the end caps may shave off when they are installed.
Clear plastic.
Sold individually.
Levolor part # DY038310.
If your original end caps have a pin protruding from them, you may need to order new hold down brackets for the new end caps. This hold down bracket set will work.

- Limiting access to the cord or bead chain loops is a simple way to make these window coverings safer for kids.
- Cords should be made as short as possible.
- Keep all cords separate, putting only one cord in each tassel.
- If your window covering uses cord condensers, install them within 3” of the cord lock.
- Install cord cleats at least 5 feet above the ground, and wrap your cords around them every time you raise and lower your window covering.
- Install safety washers to prevent hazardous loops from forming on blinds with accessible inner cords.
- Replace cord tilt mechanisms with wand tilt mechanisms.
- It is safest to replace corded window coverings with cordless ones with inaccessible cords (look for the “Best for Kids” certification label) or remove them altogether.
- Move all cribs, beds, furniture, and toys away from corded window coverings, especially in bedrooms and sleeping areas.
