How to Adjust the Tension on a Vertiglide Vertical Cellular Shade
Introduction
Sometimes your Vertiglide cellular shade may not stack or stay in place correctly when attempting to close. Most of the time, the tensioner needs a simple adjustment. These instructions illustrate how to adjust the tensioner in your shade to fix this problem.

Parts Needed
Step 1 – To adjust the tensioner, slide the tensioner an inch or two past the point of feeling the spring engage.

- The hooks on the top of the clips will snap onto the headrail.
Step 2 – Test the shade to be sure it stays opened and closed properly.

- If the shade requires more or less tension, the tensioner can be moved accordingly.
