Products can be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase.
Products can be returned as long as they are in their original, unused condition, and are eligible for return. Return eligibility for each product can be found under Additional Information on the product page.
All returns need to have an RMA number assigned prior to returning products.
Once the RMA number is provided, we ask that you mail your return to us within seven (7) days. With the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 we understand that may not be possible. As long as we receive the return within 90 days of the purchase date we can issue a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes any duties, taxes, and fees for international orders.
Refund amounts will be for the cost of the products returned to us. Any shipping costs paid to Fix My Blinds are non-refundable, this includes any state sales tax collected.
Orders that receive free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If you received your order and products were damaged, missing, or defective, contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

We’ll need your order number, the sku(s), and quantities you’d like to return. If you’re still looking for a replacement part, let us know, or include a picture with your RMA request. If we can identify the correct item, we will cover shipping costs on your second order.
