For Decomatic vertical blinds with a 1 7/16" (37mm) wide rail. The bracket comes attached to an adjustable extension bracket. This is used for blinds mounted outside of the window frame.

The extension bracket extends from 3 3/8" to 5 3/16". 

Also fits some Levolor vertical blinds with a 1 7/16" headrail.
