This cord tensioner is for Hunter Douglas Vertiglide vertical cellular Applause and Duette shades.
The cord inside the fabric of the shade ties to this small piece of plastic. It slides back and forth in the headrail of a Vertiglide shade by Hunter Douglas and keeps the cord taut so that the shade will open and close properly.
This style of cord tensioner works in any Vertiglide regardless of the year of manufacture.
Also used in Ovation Cellular Sliders by Comfortex and Vertical Application Honeycomb Shades by Alta.
